The origin of the English word "enthusiasm" can be traced back to the
Greek "en theos," which translates as "in the god," or "of the
god," or more accurately "to be possessed by the god." It is the
position of en theos press that all good writing comes from a
kind of enthusiasm, or passion, for one's work that can be traced back to a divine
en theos press opened in 2000 to publish
the rich, poetic voices of the Pacific Northwest. In 2010, after producing four books of poetry and one anthology, en theos press is launching a line of fiction, focused primarily on science fiction and fantasy.
